Our Cardiff Transformation Hub is on a journey to build the bank of the future, and we need your help!

We're continuing our extensive transformation programme, with an investment of £3bn, redefining what a bank is from the inside out. Our focus in Cardiff is the Motor Finance brands - Blackhorse and Lex Autolease. Our vision for Motor Finance is to remain as the UK's market leader in Motor Finance, continually evolving to provide an outstanding multi-channel experience for all our customers now and in the future.
