As the Administration Executive you will be a valuable part of the administration team assisting with a whole host of duties from processing contracts to managing costumes!

Hours of the Administration Executive
20 hours per week
4 days per week
10am to 3pm each day with a 20 min break.
Pay for the Administration Executive
GBP11.25 per hour
Annual leave for the Administration Executive
20 days pro rata plus bank holidays

Job description for the Administration Executive
Taking post to the post office.
Process bookings, amendments, credits and refunds.
Respond to queries from clients and communicate with clients when needed.
Assist with chasing overdue invoices.
Participate in team meetings.
Answering incoming phone calls.
Accounts duties such as raising invoices and taking card payments.
Organising costumes/outfits to clients and event staff along with managing the full schedule required to ensure this runs smoothly.
Contact our clients post event for feedback.
Audits on our internal processes.
Processing new talent that register with us for work.
Create profiles of our event staff to send to the clients.
Assist with the management of our payment processes
