Business Manager - Porsche Silverstone
About the role
Porsche Silverstone is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
You will be expected to manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department by being at the core of all retail enquiries, motivating and driving the sales team, coaching and mentoring underperformers, daily/weekly forecasting to Head Office and of course leading by example each and every day.
As well as day-to-day customer interaction, you will be tasked in managing our customer retention programme plus the day-to-day running of our sales into service programme (Xchange) - where you will seek out incremental sales and stock acquisition opportunities by coaching and reviewing the sales teams daily activity in this field.
You will need to ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and, above all, treating customers fairly.
Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which typically include weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis) to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
If you are high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
