PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

Cashmore & Co are a firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Rugby, who are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to work in reception.

The role includes:

• Greeting and providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors.
• Answering all incoming calls via the switchboard, directing and logging as appropriate
• Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
• Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good organisation, and be capable of working independently.
