Part Time Claims Administrator | GBP10 - GBP10.92 per Hour
Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for our well established and well respected client based in Minworth. We are looking for a Part Time Claims Administrator to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis (Covering Maternity until April 2023). Immediate start available.
Duties to include:
*
Being responsible for the administration of claims uploaded from members of our clients network.
*
Processing claims end-to-end
*
Correspond with clients regarding liability claims and procedures, to assist in the training of new clients on the Claims system.
*
Maintain and update contacts, passwords and usernames for depots.
*
Update and maintain records accurately.
*
Handling incoming claims communication via email and telephone.
*
Ensure communication and help is given to depot's on full value cover.
*
Produce and distribute the weekly reports.
Key requirements:
*
Excellent customer service skills
*
Strong administration skills
*
Accurate with excellent attention to detail
*
Good communication skills - written and verbal
*
Good IT skills - including Excel
Hours
Monday, Tuesday and Friday - 9 am to 5pm with half an hour lunch
