Part time Office Administrator - 25 hours (5 hours per day)
Telford outskirts
GBP19500 - GBP21450 (pro rata for part time)
* The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth running of our main office and all activities associated with it
* Prepare monthly invoicing details and complete invoicing process:
* Send out monthly statements
* Update internal files and spreadsheets
* Set up new suppliers/clients on SAGE 50
* Using SAGE 50 prepare monthly management reports
* Liaise with Industry journals regarding proof of client insertion
* Manage sourcing and procurement/booking of hotel rooms, events etc
* Ensure best rates and payment terms are secured
* Providing quotation to clients when requested to do so by Directors or Management team
* Diary management of Directors and management team
* Ensure the content of all First Aid boxes are kept up to date
* Ensure Health & Safety documents are up to speed
* Arrange couriers for outgoing parcels
* Managing the meeting room diary
* Looking after visitors to
* Answer incoming calls
Key experience required
* Prior office experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Exceptional organisation skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Ability to perform under pressure
* Excellent customer care skills
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Ability to prioritize effectively
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Own transport essential due to location
