The organisation

A lovely business based in Shrewsbury, with free on-site parking and a warm welcoming team.

The opportunity

Working school hours (10-2:30), across 4 or 5 days, you will be involved in varied duties covering:

* Order processing and helping with deliveries

* Balancing accounts

* Dealing with sales invoices, income, receipts and payments

* Preparing statements showing income and payments

* Managing customer/supplier queries

* Managing claims for expenses

* Helping with office admin

* Checking purchase orders

* First stage credit control

* Reporting on creditors/debtors

* Listing payments due and reporting to management

* Maintaining stock inventory reporting

The individual

We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied role working in a small business, being hands on to help where needed
