We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join us at Reading Audi. To provide key support to our Dealership Accountant and other members of the accounts team when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in preparation of detailed monthly accounts
  • Performance of key Nominal Ledger reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Ownership and involvement in key control and reconciliation areas e.g. payroll, F&I, vehicle stock reconciliation, daily aftersales reporting

This is an ideal role for anyone who has aspirations to become a Dealership Accountant in the future. The breadth of experience and support on offer is unbeatable - just bring us a great attitude, a great work-ethic, and we will do the rest.

We are looking for:

  • Previous motor trade experience (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good communicator
  • Experience in using the CDK Autoline DMS
