The Colleague Experience and Adoption team are looking for individuals to join us to help us bring to life our vision of providing a fantastic experience to LBG colleagues. Looking for someone passionate about customer service, with an excellent eye for detail, who can work individually and collaboratively.

Your key accountabilities will include;

  • Lead Win10 device refresh and associated stock management processes.

  • Deliver continual process improvements, responding to colleague & IT feedback and driving process and IT@LBG improvements.

  • Understand the LBG hardware governance model and actively collaborate with partners, technical teams and suppliers to ensure processes and toolsets deliver optimum client device choices for colleagues.

  • Mentor junior members of the team and provide support for lead complex critical issues and deliverables.

  • Act as a role model for LBG core values and behaviours, using them to positively influence others.

Additionally you'll;

  • Demonstrate the ability to supply solutions for service improvement to deliver tangible benefits in the areas of colleague experience, cost, efficiency and risk

  • Be the key SME for process improvements, sharing knowledge, wider external examples and results of any test and learn

  • Show evidence of a positive attitude towards change - innovative and flexible with a strong desire to build new and improved processes and procedures

  • Possess diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from various sources, demonstrating a close attention to detail.

  • Be able to manage 3rd party relationships, with experience of operational and commercial management

About you

You'll have demonstrable experience of device stock management, working with 3rd parties and external suppliers coupled with great social skills as you'll need to communicate with multiple partners concurrently. Additionally you'll have experience in analysing technical information, and the ability to communicate your findings in a clear and concise manner to senior customers. It will be advantageous for you to have worked in a hardware governance model with examples where you've driven process improvements to optimise the device stock and choices for customers. You'll need to be able to thrive in a fast paced, complex, hardware estate and have a positive attitude to change.
