Part-time Invoicing Administrator / 6 Month Temporary Role / Belper / CompetitiveMacildowie are excited to be working with a market-leading organisation based in Belper, looking to add an Invoicing Administrator to their fast-paced team on a part-time basis for 3 days a week. This role has the potential to grow and develop with further responsibilities for the right candidate.This is a long-term temporary role for an initial 6 months, with the first 3 required to be on-site. After there can some remote working.The organisation offer an excellent benefits and a competitive salary for this role, dependent on the candidate's experience.This has the potential to move extremely quickly, so if it is of interest, please do get in touch.Main responsibilities:

  • Processing of department invoices and purchases
  • Being the primary contact for the department
  • Co-ordination of key customer visits and team meetings
  • Participating in department team meetings and associated activities
  • Supporting with ad-hoc task across the team

Skills required:

  • Consistently demonstrates sound analytical judgment.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to new assignments
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Office packages are required.
  • Proficiency with SAP is an advantageous.
  • 2-5 years recent, relevant experience.
  • A 'can do' attitude
