Product Delivery

Want to deliver brilliant products and unmissable entertainment that grips millions of households? Our 1000 strong, Product Delivery team does everything from developing innovative AI technology to creating the best HDR viewing experience for TV products. From Sky Go to Sky Q & Sky Glass, we take our products to the next level and make them more agile and reliable with every release.

What you'll do
  • Deal with challenging and exciting work opportunities, with exposure to new technologies.
  • Support and lead network Triage for field and VIP reported issues. Collaborate with the VIP team/ customer escalation team to investigate customer issues.
  • Liaise and work closely with 3rd party ISP providers to jointly investigate network related issue with Sky products
  • Interface with CSG on the network tools & maintain quality of network tools for agents/engineers
  • Carry out in-depth investigations using various network tools for the reported Wi-Fi and Broadband issues reported by VIP/Escalation teams which may also include customer visits, handling comms/follow-up, book engineer visits, raising tickets, regular monitoring, providing exact technical info/problem statement to the technical team for further investigation
What you'll bring
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Interest in testing and quality assurance
  • Flexible and able to work well in a team.
  • Solid understanding of different network devices such as routers, AP's switches, hubs & 3rd party mesh devices
  • Use of Defect management software (e.g., Jira, BugZilla)
  • Use of collaboration software (e.g., Wiki/Confluence) and comfortable with Unix/Linux command line interfaces
