We've an exciting opportunity to become a hybrid Learning Programme Consultant and Designer in the Learning Programmes team within Retail Bank Learning. The team is very supportive, we strive to build innovative and sustainable learning to help colleagues to be their best every day.


You'll be responsible for the project management and creation of learning. You'll manage projects: maintaining the learning governance, understanding learning needs and developing solutions. You'll work closely with business and project partners to build high quality learning content yourself and in partnership with the internal design team or external suppliers.


Location & Ways of Working


As a team we work across the UK, and therefore this role is flexible in terms of location, although nationwide travel may be required for design consultations and meetings. We're also open to agile working arrangements (flexible working, job share, part time).

 

What will I do?

 

  • You'll deliver the end to end project management of divisional learning solutions. This includes writing training needs analysis (TNA), making learning recommendations, allocating resource (internal and external), managing a plan, running pilots, checking the quality of work, MI tracking, reporting, risk & issue management and evaluation.

  • You'll make recommendations and improvements to enhance the learner experience.

  • You'll take appropriate actions to ensure any delays or difficulties are addressed and communicated.

  • You'll design and build digital solutions through the use of the following software: E-learning (Articulate)

  • You'll look for ways to continuously learn and improve the way we deliver future projects within the team.

 

Essential Skills were looking for are:

 

  • You'll be confident managing projects and have strong learning experience with the ability to identify critical success factors.

  • You'll be a strong communicator (written and oral) with the confidence to communicate to colleagues across Retail

  • You'll have experience working with numerous partners, balancing their needs to successfully deliver learning solutions

  • You'll have an excellent eye for design, have a flair for and be confident in creating high quality visual learning to engage and immerse colleagues

  • You'll work well with colleagues to understand learning requirements and make suitable media/ channel selections for the learning need.

  • You'll be naturally curious, keen to understand industry trends and best practice in order to continually improve our offering.

 

Desirable skills we're looking for are:

 

  • You'll have experience of managing the development of learning solutions

  • You'll have experience of developing and building visually impactful e-learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline with storyboarding/scripting experience.

  • You'll be familiar with Guidance On Learning Design (GoLD) framework

  • You'll need the ability to tell a great story to capture your learners attention and humanise the experience.
