Are you passionate about recruitment excellence and looking for an opportunity to play a critical role in a regional recruitment strategy?

We are opening a new role in London, reporting directly to our Regional Head of Recruitment. In this role you will be working on a diverse range of projects and initiatives that will enable a best-in-class recruitment experience for our hiring team’s and incoming talent.  

The remit of this role is broad, giving you the opportunity to take the driving seat on initiatives where you have experience and an opportunity to develop in areas of interest. For example:

Project Management, working with subject matter experts you will provide advisory, governance & performance management to a range of projects: 

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy refresh
  • Onboarding process re-engineering
  • Global Recruitment Technology implementation
  • Employer Value Proposition
  • Establish recruitment infrastructure across key EU locations

People and partnerships

  • Engagement with vendors, HR stakeholders, and Recruitment Team Leads to drive best practice initiatives
  • Partner with EMEA Diversity Equity and Inclusion team to ensure alignment to regional and global DEI strategy

Advisory, Operations and Process management

  • Advise stakeholders at all levels on current and effective talent acquisition strategies factoring varying business needs  
  • Manage agency preferred supplier renewal process, strategic communication, and relationships
  • Oversee our Recruitment system, external partners & job boards process governance & reporting
  • Work closely with Global Service Excellence Lead and Recruitment Operations Lead and become the regional SME to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and onboarding processes.

To thrive in this dynamic role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role for an inhouse Recruiting team or RPO. You will also demonstrate:

  • Effective & credible written and verbal communication skills, building relationships and influencing stakeholders / partners at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, the ability to prioritise competing priorities and deadlines coupled with a learning and solution focused mindset
  • Enjoy working independently and demonstrate an effective approach to collaborating with teams globally
  • Have a good understanding of the regional and global recruitment environment. You will be well connected with the market
