Temporary Administrator (Group Learning team)

Willmott Dixon have a short-term opportunity for a Coordinator / Administrator to support projects within our Group Learning team based in Letchworth Garden City. This will be for 4 to 6 weeks, ideally starting on Monday 15th August and would possibly suit a student home from university for the summer or somebody looking for some interesting short-term employment within an HR environment. This role will be on a zero hours contract basis, but the expectation is that there will be full time work for 4 to 6 weeks.

The Project

We are looking for somebody with good IT skills and the ability to quickly pick up the use of new systems. The role will involve some data cleansing / data validation work as well as supporting the team as they prepare for an interim audit, so you will need to have good attention to detail in order to deliver your work to the required standard. The role will also involve dealing with some of our internal teams so good communication skills would also be beneficial.
