As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.

Your Purpose

We’re now looking to recruit a Senior Sustainability and Utilities Manager to join our brilliant Supply Chain Innovation Team here at Molson Coors Beverage Company. This is an amazing opportunity to shape and deliver our sustainability goals across Western Europe.

In this role you will be accountable for the development and execution of the Molson Coors Net Zero 35 (NZ35) sustainability strategy for Western Europe, aligning with global ambitions for emissions reduction.

This will include working with all stakeholders to execute strategic ambitions in a systematic way, maximising potential from existing assets and finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to achieve targets.

You’ll establish a system of due diligence with the Finance and Corporate Affairs to develop and deliver a supportive investment strategy, manage SBTi target approval and secure auditable data management and reporting systems for Western Europe.

You’ll work closely with all of our breweries to build the capability of site leaders in understanding, driving and achieving our sustainability targets.

This role is remote based with travel to our breweries throughout the UK with more frequent travel to our Burton Brewery, our largest in Europe.

About You

We’re keen to hear from experienced sustainability professionals who have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing.

You’ll have higher national qualifications in engineering and a demonstrable understanding of the technical elements relating to energy and environmental management.

Familiarity with Continuous Improvement or LEAN frameworks, industrial automation, SCADA systems and utilities would also be required for the role. Candidates who have brewing, beverages and packaging equipment experience will also be preferred.
