Management Accountant
Home based
Maternity cover - 20 hours per week
(There is flexibility on how these hours are worked)
Duration: 12 months

Job Purpose:
To assist with the core finance function for RMSpumptools Limited and the reporting of accurate monthly financial results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts for local and/or overseas entity/entities in line with reporting deadlines, with immediate assignment of RMS Saudi, which includes undertaking:
Sales ledger processing
Purchase ledger processing
Bank transactions and reconciliation
Maintaining control account reconciliations
Quarterly VAT returns
Debt collection
Assist with preparation of other/additional monthly balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations
Assistance with global sales and purchase ledger
Debt control and cash management including approval of purchase ledger and other ad-hoc payments
Assist with month-end close duties and other ad-hoc duties when necessary
Assist with global audit/auditors when required, prepare as needed, and provide all requested information and documents
Assist with internal audits, including process and tax reviews, as and when required.
Other Tasks:
From time to time may be required to perform other duties as determined by their abilities.
General finance department filing.
Qualifications:
Part or Fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems and Sage 200.
Experience in using COGNOS would be beneficial
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Effective and strong communication skills
This is a part-time homes based role on a 12 month contract, with flexibility on how the 20 hours per week are completed.
