We are looking for a versatile team player to join our business operations function within the CGM Central COO EMEA team to deliver best-of-class operations processes across our trading business.  In this role, you will report directly to the Business Operations Manager in EMEA and be involved in day-to-day business operations processes including reporting and exception monitoring. In addition, you will be helping to define business processes and document and raise systems requirements.  You will work with stakeholders across multiple front office and support functions to understand business drivers, market and regulatory requirements, and resolve issues, drive improvements and prioritise enhancements across our trading businesses.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Experience in delivering business operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a propensity to build strong working relationships at all levels and an ability to work with business and internal stakeholders independently
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • The ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic and diverse business environment

Additional desirable capabilities include

  • Experience within financial services or consultancy firm
  • Knowledge in at least 1 product class across commodities, rates, foreign exchange and futures
