About the role

Guy Salmon Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is looking to recruit a Preparation Assistant to join their fantastic and motivated team.

As a Preparation Assistant, you will need to be passionate about our products and services. The ideal candidate will be organised with strong communication skills and have a meticulous eye for detail. This is a role that takes responsibility for assisting with the preparation of car deliveries and car stock, working closely with the Sales and Service Managers in the retailer to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of our retail used car stock through our aftersales department, arranging valeting and all associated administrative procedures.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a premium brand.

You should have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail especially if checking over or driving customer cars identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle. Organisation skills are paramount in this role. A full valid driving licence is also essential.
