We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Project Management team at Kyloe as a result of a maternity leave. This position will be a home based role and the working pattern is flexible for the right candidate.

The project manager (PM) role is key to our success and we're looking for someone with a few years' project management experience to join our team for this Fixed Term Contract.

You will be working to support our Staffing industry clients and their utilisation of the world-renowned Bullhorn CRM, you'll be managing projects and overseeing overall project success.

We are looking for someone who enjoys client engagement and contact and will use your skills to deliver successful projects, working collaboratively with internal staff and client teams.

Your daily role will be varied including:

  • Creating project plans Managing project resources, time and deliverables (using project management and resource booking system) Identifying, mitigating, managing and communicating project risks (internally and to clients) Keeping your projects on track with the support of your project teams Managing and prioritising multiple, concurrent projects Maintaining good communication with regards to your projects Managing project financials Continual suggestions of improvements in the role and of our processes

If you have previous project management experience, especially within a staffing industry, and strong communication skills we would love to hear from you.
