What you'll do:

As the Commercial Manager for Broadband Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy and planning for two distinct Broadband brands - Sky and NOW. You will work with a wide variety of partners across Trading, Marketing and Route To Market (RTM) teams to improve business performance and incorporate takeaways into future plans.

  • Strategy set strategic direction for the Broadband acquisition business, defining pricing, promotions and media investment to step change Sky's Broadband sales
  • Forecasting as part of the quarterly planning process, develop plans and forecasts for the next quarter, incorporating media, offer spend, and other overlays.
  • Diagnosis work with the in-quarter Trading teams to diagnose performance issues as they arise, and embed findings into future quarterly plans
  • Insight gathering and analysing using our network of insight & research analysts as well as digital teams to help inform strategic changes
  • Perform quarterly reviews working from multiple data sources to analyse what has happened and turn into a simple story for presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Support on bringing new propositions to market working with the Propositions Team to produce commercial strategies, input into business cases, and incorporate into targets
  • Offer Efficiency: constantly reviewing performance of offers and performance drivers. Working across Consumer Group to develop and align plans with other product lines such as Sky TV and Sky Mobile.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Broadband Trading / RTM teams and other product areas across the organization

  • Microsoft office - capable in both Excel analysing data, and PowerPoint presenting the insight and story
