We are working with an innovative Healthcare company which is an emerging company committed to developing and commercialising healthcare products internationally.
With their Head office in Ireland and their Sales and Marketing team based in York, they are looking for a capable individual to take up the role of part time Sales Support Co-ordinator (20-25 hours). This role will busy, varied and fast paced at times and will be working closely with a friendly and approachable Commercial Director.
As a Part time Sales Support Co-ordinator your role will involve:
Preparing sales reports (training given)
Answering customer queries from the website
Organising promotional materials for trade shows and events
Answering calls from customers
Monitoring emails
Updating the in house sales database and sending out promotional material
Reviewing sales figures
Raising Purchase Orders
To secure this Part time Sales Support Co-ordinator position you will need:
Experience of MS Office e.g Word, Excel
Some administration experience
Some customer service experience
Positive and professional outlook
Comfortable working in a small team
In return this company will offer you:
Salary : Circa GBP20k pro rata
Bonus based on profit
Pension
Holidays: 20 days pro rata (rising to 21 days after 2 years) Plus Bank holidays
Office and Remote working (3 days office, 2 days at home or a 4 day week with working pattern negotiable)

20-25 hours per week (e.g. 10am - 3pm)
