Customer Service Advisor - Part time

Salary: GBP18,500 - GBP19,200 pro rata

Hours: Monday to Friday / 16-20 hours

Customer service is at the heart of everything our client does, and they always aim to deliver each one of their customers a personal experience with a warm, human touch. To help them achieve this, we are recruiting talent to join their customer services team, individuals who love helping others, enjoy problem-solving, and are ready to go the extra mile for their customers.

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be handling calls from their prestigious client base and you will swiftly become a specialist in effectively resolving incidents and queries whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Duties will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for callers, resolving enquiries quickly and efficiently

• Seeking to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible

• Recording information accurately into the database using bespoke software

• Continually look for ways to improve customer relations

• Delivering a service where patience, empathy, and building rapport are key

Candidate skills and experience:

• Great communication skills - both written and verbal

• Dedication to providing a brilliant and friendly service for customers

• Ability to provide information quickly and clearly

• A can-do attitude and a real passion for supporting people
