Due to expansion and some significant and exciting changes within the business, Driven Logistics are looking for another person to join the team as a Part Time Recruitment Resourcer in Wakefield.
What the role will look like:
Tuesday to Thursday
9am until 5pm
Working alongside our Consultants to attract candidates to fill the outstanding vacancies for our clients
Source new candidates using various platforms and methods, exploring all avenues to match the perfect candidate to the role required
Coordinating with the Consultants to learn the job details, specific requirements and have a full understanding of each client and their needs
Conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates and then carrying out the interview and registration process in line with company policy and expectations
Searching for sales leads and working on sales and business development in between other duties to expand client base
Striving to identify new client and candidate opportunities
Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, answering any incoming calls, supporting the sales process and ensuring all documents and procedures are stored and carried out correctly
Being based at the reception of the office to be the first point of contact for any walk ins or interviews that are due to come in
Salary: 12,000 - 13,200k per annum based on experience.
Full training will be given for this role so experience isn't necessary - we are much more interested in someone's character, work ethic and willingness to learn.
