Job Title: Reward Manager

Location: London/ Hybrid (Flexible working hours and part-time available)

This is a permanent contract and it will pay up to £100,000.

Are you who we are looking for??

• You have experience as a Reward Manager in financial services?
• You have strong knowledge of the regulatory environment in financial services
• You have exposure to annual compensation timetables?
• You have experience in job evaluation and Compensation benchmarking
• You have strong MS application skills You have a strong managerial presence and can have an influence at all levels

What does the day-to-day look like??

• You will drive the delivery recognition platform to support the firm's incentive strategy
• You will execute and develop the company's compensation and reward governance strategy
• You will actively engage with key stakeholders in the organisation
• You will prepare the mandatory remunerations disclosures
• You will provide key input around pension and benefits
• Ad-hoc project work
