Job Title: Reward Manager
Location: London/ Hybrid (Flexible working hours and part-time available)

We are recruiting for an experienced Reward Manager who can make a significant impact on how this organization rewards its people.?
This is a permanent contract and it will pay up to £100,000.
Are you who we are looking for??
- You have experience as a Reward Manager in financial services?
- You have strong knowledge of the regulatory environment in financial services
- You have exposure to annual compensation timetables?
- You have experience in job evaluation and Compensation benchmarking
- You have strong MS application skills You have a strong managerial presence and can have an influence at all levels
What does the day-to-day look like??
- You will drive the delivery recognition platform to support the firm's incentive strategy
- You will execute and develop the company's compensation and reward governance strategy
- You will actively engage with key stakeholders in the organisation
- You will prepare the mandatory remunerations disclosures
- You will provide key input around pension and benefits
- Ad-hoc project work
