I am currently recruiting a new Part Time Credit Controller role for a retail company on a temporary to permanent part time basis.
Client Details
My client is a high-profile Talent Agency working across London, Paris, New York and LA. They are looking to hire a Part Time Credit Controller Part Tine on a temporary to permanent basis, (3 days a week)
My client is based in London, close to Camden station but they offering 3 days in the office.

Description
Part Time Credit Controller, London
The primary focus will be on credit control and dealing with resolving queries for office and retail tenants. The successful candidate can in addition expect to have some involvement with the following:
Responsible for conducting collections and overall financial maintenance of customer accounts
Chasing all outstanding sales invoices by telephone and email.
Check advance budgets and refunds
Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately
Resolve and eliminate unapplied cash and credit notes on the ledgers
Ensure correct and accurate information on customer ledgers
Completing all W8, tax exemption forms and applying for Certificate of Residence.
Ensuring invoices are uploaded to client portals and payments systems where applicable.
Daily monitoring and reporting of monies received into bank account.
Credit control and sales reports as necessary
Setting up bi-weekly payment runs to talent artists.
Daily/weekly projections of accounts receivable.
Liaising with talent artists and dealing with all financial queries arising.
As part of the finance team the job may include other general accounting duties as appropriate
Office administration
Profile
Skills/Experience Required:
Must Have
Basic accounting knowledge
Used QuickBooks or XERO non- negotiable!
Good computer literacy, specifically, proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
Customer service mentality and delivery focus.
Desire to make process and efficiency improvements as part of the ongoing development of the function.
Can do attitude
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
Willingness to learn new department functions and to enhance existing skillsJob Offer
The successful candidate will be paid GBP15/h - GBP18/h depending on experience. equivalent to GBP20,000 per year
