Job Details
Specialist IT consultancy requires experienced P/T Business Support Manager to provide administrative support to management team remotely and ensure the smooth running of virtual office on a day-to-day basis.
Previous experience of working in the technology sector preferred.
Main activities / responsibilities
General admin
- Manage customer enquiries
- Assist with preparing presentations and reports
- Manage SharePoint and Teams sites
- Manage software licences and subscriptions
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal policies, procedures and systems – incl. ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Arrange meetings, booking transport and accommodation Purchase office supplies
Customer account management
- Assist with customer setting up and managing customer accounts
Marketing support
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Website content management
- Manage company social media presence
Sales support
- Assist with sales proposal and bid preparation
- Assist with customer contracts and P/O processing
- Interim resourcing
- Assist with recruiting, mobilising and managing contract resources
- Assist with arranging candidate interviews
Technical skills / experience
- Excellent knowledge of using MS productivity and team collaboration tools, incl. MS Office 365, Teams and SharePoint
Business skills / experience
- Experience of working in the technology sector
- Ability to prioritise tasks, self-manage workload and meet agreed timelines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
Qualifications / certifications
Desirable – any of
- Diploma or degree in Business / Management / Administration
- Any relevant continuous professional development training certifications PRINCE 2 Foundation or Practitioner
