We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Manager to join L&Q as part of our Growth division. Reporting to the Senior New Business Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects and will source, appraise and bid for land. 

We are looking for a candidate with an excellent track record of successfully transacting on land acquisitions. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of land transaction, land management and residential development and ideally have experience of working with a planning/development control system.

You must be influential with excellent communication skills to develop and maintain successful relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders, partners and internal clients.  Strong negotiation skills are a must.

· Attention to detail when it comes to identifying and managing opportunity and risk. You are driven to try and ensure your projects outperform their agreed targets even in challenging environments.
