What you'll be doing:

    Working with the business and vendors to define product roadmaps, backlogs, change initiatives and investment plansForecast and manage the IBP/BRP to manage overall total cost of ownership of the product ensuring final deliveryImprovements and service snhancementsWork with Product Group Architects, Service Managers and Leads to ensure that product is delivering capability required to the programmeProgramme Manage by providing financial and project oversightYou'll also have people manager responsibilities in this role.
Your skills and experiences:

Essential

    Good experience with Budget management, Forecasting and General ManagementExperience of managing multiple independent projects as part of a portfolio of workExperience of managing 3rd Party Vendors/Suppliers
Desirable

    Design Application knowledgeProject Management experience

The Design Applications team:

This is a key position in the business-critical team that manages a product at the heart of building Submarines. There is a variety of projects within the portfolio covering implementation, transformation, support and development which in turn gives the role holder a wide range of stakeholders to work with. It is a challenging role that will require skills across the full range of general management, providing autonomy and the opportunity to deliver tangible results on a regular basis.
