Marketing Campaigns Executive - Hybrid Working
(Travel to our London office will be required for meetings)

About QA:

QA is the UK's leading provider of tech and digital skills, including funded workplace learning programmes and apprentices. We're currently on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking to welcome a full-time Marketing Campaigns Executive into our amazing Marketing Team. We offer hybrid working, so when you're not in the office, you can work from home. (The requirement would be probably a couple of times a month to actually be based in our fantastic, state-of-the art office in the heart of London. It directly overlooks the Tower of London!)

We play a key role in tackling the UK's alarming nationwide shortage of digital skills head-on, and partner with most FTSE 250 companies to help provide innovative solutions for these much-needed training shortages. We're talking some of the largest global brands! (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Barclays, Home Office, HMRC, Coca-Cola, to name but a few!)

As a Marketing Campaigns Executive at QA, you'll be enabling some of our largest clients to win in the digital revolution.

About the Position:

Using your superb skillset, you'll work in QA to deliver marketing support with a key focus on our apprenticeships provision. This is a growth market, and this role is key to supporting our sales team.

You'll have a varied workload, combining straightforward collateral and website updates with more complex projects that you'll work closely with your manager to deliver. As such you'll work with a number of different stakeholders to understand requirements and any challenges and you'll be expected to apply your professional judgement to make informed recommendations, consulting with your manager where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of marketing collateral to primarily be used by the QA sales team. This includes, but is not limited to brochures, testimonials and employer guides
  • Liaise with the wider QA marketing team providing any support for our apprenticeship programmes
  • Develop engaging marketing content for employers to educate and inform on our provision and why QA
  • Working with your manager to proactively identify new collateral and material requirements
  • Briefing in any external agencies as appropriate ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget
  • Point of contact for QA Marketing Team for any sales or marketing asset or partner sign off requirements.
  • Proactively identify any opportunities for us to further support the sales team with marketing assets, course information or learner/employer information
  • Support monthly reporting on key metrics as agreed

So, what about you?

As an organised individual with the ability to manage a diverse workload, with a detail-oriented approach and a thorough track record of proofreading (with a meticulous attention to detail!) it'll be great if you could also tick the following boxes

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering effective offline and online marketing resources (including web content) with an understanding of how these work together to achieve maximum impact
  • Experience of a CMS or marketing automation platform (HubSpot ideally) would also be advantageous
  • Experience of working in the apprenticeship or training industry advantageous (particularly within B2B markets)

What We'll Do For You!

You may have noticed we've not stated the salary for this Marketing Campaigns Executive position. We're currently working on creating more transparent salary bands across QA, so rest assured, our salaries are competitive and will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. We're offering you the following strong benefits package;

  • 27 days holiday plus ability to purchase 5 more days
  • 3 days a year fully paid training,
  • 2 days a year paid charity volunteering
  • Medicash (healthcare moneyback scheme)
  • £500 referral scheme
  • A superb Gymflex scheme
  • Our own BenefitsHub to receive loads of discounts
  • Casual dress code and more

You'll instantly become welcomed into the team and be invited for lunches and nights out. You'll be working in a friendly and collaborative team who believe in evolution, not revolution (so you'll need to be a glass half full kind of person!)

As market leader in training, we know a few things about learning & development! You'll have access to our bespoke development programmes as well as a clear progression structure to fulfil your potential.

At QA, we celebrate our diversity and have won numerous awards that demonstrate our commitment to our inclusive culture. We want everyone to feel part of QA, so have created several welcoming networks that you can join, and we'll set you up with a buddy to help get you settled in from day one.
