Are you looking for a part time varied HR role within an SME, where you will be seen as a person and not a number? Our client is a growing organisation, in this newly created role you will be the person who handles all HR administration for the Office/Finance Manager, duties include:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Assisting with any employee queries
- Requesting contracts from outsourced HR
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- The full process for starters and leavers as and when necessary:
- Onboarding - obtaining relevant starter information to include- Right to Work and Passports, references and all checks required
- Input and monitor absence and holiday records on the system
- Mediation when required
The ideal candidate will be a team player but also have the ability work independently and prioritise their workload. They will have previous experience of working as a HR Advisor or HR Manager looking to take a step back.
Benefits:
o Salary GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (depending on experience) pro rota
o Working 2 full days per week (ideally Mondays & Wednesday) but flexible
o 28 days holiday including statutory holidays
o On-site parking
