Community Development Worker

We have opportunities for community development workers to join the team in a full or part-time role to help ensure that citizens over 50 and adults with additional needs can access community support, improving their wellbeing and quality of life.

Position: Community Development Worker (Edgbaston Neighbourhood Network Scheme)

The Role

The community development worker will identify, support, and develop the community offer provided by individuals, groups, organisations, services, and places in the constituency.

Having moved on from the initial phase, which was to map the area and build relationships, this is now a role that is more about maintaining those relationships and increasing the capacity of these assets. • Training and education
  • Social Prescribing and Digital Networking
  • Administration

About You
