Job title: Head of Department -IT

Location: Warton - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £67300 + depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

    Provide line leadership for the MSCC staff (Maintenance and Support Competency Centre)Deploys the resources needed for the planning, development and delivery of specified information and communications systems servicesEngages with and influences senior level stakeholders and project teams through change management processes, ensuring that the infrastructure is managed to provide agreed levels of service and data integrityTakes full responsibility for budgeting, estimating, planning and objective setting. Plans and manages implementation of processes and procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of automated systems and services.Engages with clients and maintains client relationshipsYou'll also have people manager responsibilities in this role.

The IT team:

This is an exciting role as Head of Department where you will be able set out plans and strategy. You will be providing leadership of the Maintenance and Support Competency Centre to deliver existing services & develop new services within the functional domain of Aircraft maintenance and support in line with budget provision There is also excellent development opportunities with this role.
