Our Corporate Bank is a market leader in Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending, Securities Services and Trust & Agency Services (TAS). With offices internationally, the Trust and Agency Services team has long been recognised as a leader in the provision of administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets. It supports structures from the simplest to the most complex, covering Asset Backed Securities, Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Managed accounts, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance, Loan Agency and Depositary Receipts.

Your skills and experience  

A good understanding of the global financial services industry and debt capital markets/ structured finance are key to this role.

You will have some knowledge and experience of processing Issuing & Paying Agency Operations, Structured Finance Transaction documentation and Capital Markets operations.

An experienced client relationship manager, you will demonstrate the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
