At La Fosse Academy we find, train, and place the tech superstars of tomorrow bringing high-quality, diverse talent to the workplace. As a student, you'll not only learn the latest tech languages and frameworks, but also the skills to succeed in the workplace, understanding the impact that tech can have across businesses.
While we welcome applications from all prospective students regardless of background or lived experience, we particularly encourage women and career-movers to consider our Academy training programme. One of the biggest talent challenges within the tech industry is the lack of diversity, and we’re actively tackling that by helping more women and career changers to start their tech careers.
In our 12-week course, you'll learn the right approaches and mindsets to solve the tech problems of tomorrow. Working in Agile, collaborating with peers, and presenting your applications, we prepare you to quickly adapt and excel, before being introduced to a leading company for a potential two-year placement.
Our approach is flexible and supportive and, with our own La Fosse Academy Women in Tech Society, there’s a community of peers to help you on your career journey. Upon joining La Fosse Academy, you can choose from either a virtual or hybrid cohort to suit your personal circumstances.
