The Role & Person We Are Looking For
You’ll have solid experience of working in a similar B2B marketing role that has delivered brilliant results.
Ideally you’ll love audio and have experience in media or the audio industry, having either worked for a media/creative/digital agency, a media owner, platform, production company, studio or similar.
But, we understand you might not have had this opportunity yet. What you will have is a strong track record of delivering successful B2B marketing in a business that is selling services, and is growing with huge ambitions.
You might be looking for an exciting role to balance around your personal commitments or looking to step up to a new challenge. This is a hands-on role so you aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in as you will be the start of our marketing department. Although you will be working with other internal departments and have a team of creatives, designers and developers to support you.
You’re confident and full of ideas. We’re an exciting business that produces amazing work for our clients, and we want to shout this from the rooftops with your help. You’ll understand what channels we need to reach our audience and you’ll be across all the latest trends, you’ll know what works and how to analyse results.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Board you will deliver a successful long term marketing strategy.
Essential Requirements
- A high level of experience in:
- You are willing to get stuck in and make things happen. This isn’t a strategising role, although that might be a small part of it.
- You’re a consummate professional but you don't take yourself too seriously.
- You’re looking for a long term role in a company that is big on culture, teamwork and growth.
- A positive mental attitude and growth mindset. We are a close team that works hard and plays hard together.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Implementing successful marketing campaigns in B2B businesses.
- An understanding of all channels including Linkedin and other social media platforms, events, thought leadership and targeting verticals.
- Analysing campaign analytics.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Working with other internal teams to deliver distinctive marketing.
- Bonus Points
- International experience, particularly in North America.
- Experience of working directly in the audio industry.
- Fluency in other languages.
Working Hours /Location
This is a part time role that will require at least 16-20 hours per week spread over 4 days with at least two days in the studios on Tottenham Court Road. Those hours are up for discussion so it would suit someone wanting to combine an exciting and challenging role with other personal commitments.
Salary And Benefits
- £50k - £60k pro rata based on experience relevant to the role.
- 25 days flexible holiday (pro rata) plus standard bank holidays for England, and 3 fixed days between Christmas and New Year when the business is closed.
