The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Recoveries Assistant to join our High Street Finance team at our Support Centre in Swindon.

The main purpose of a Recoveries Assistant is to accurately raise invoices and manage payments with our franchise partners.

What you will be doing

Accurate and timely raising of invoices to our customers including franchise partners
Managing payments from our franchise partners
Recovery of monies from airlines for refreshment vouchers
Credit control of airline accounts and some franchise partners
Setting up of new suppliers within WHS systems
Processing of invoices directly into the ledger system
Dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliations

What we are looking for

You will have previous similar experience gained from a fast-paced Accounts environment ideally Credit Control
You will be numerate and have an analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills are required, teamed with excellent communication skills
You will be a proficient user of Excel and have knowledge of performing Vlookups
