Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a highly organised Administrator to join our team and work from our office in Pill. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business and support the smooth running of the office. The role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Reporting to our Executive Administrator, the key responsibilities are:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments within the business
  • Support with all office operations including ordering lunches and greeting visitors.
  • Alongside our reception team be the go-to person within the office
  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings and events.
  • Covering for our reception team during holiday and peak periods
  • Supporting our Executive Administrator with any ad-hoc tasks to support our board of directors.
  • Be the champion for any social and people initiatives.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience as an administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Working Hours: We are looking for someone to work 8.30am to 5.00pm, we would consider occasional home working on a Friday or someone looking to work 30 hours Monday - Thursday.
