Part-Time HR Administrator

Due to continued growth, our friendly and thriving client in Kemble are looking for a HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time, permanent basis.

-Create and update job descriptions and adverts across job boards.

-Help with interview scheduling.

-Initial CV reviewing.

-Manage recruitment agency process, including spend tracking, pass on invoices.

-Interview note taking when appropriate.

-Manage telephone list and staff organisational chart.

-Maintain HR literature, including procedure policies and handbooks.

-Upload new starter information to company system.

-Any other office and admin duties to support team as required.

Hours: 15-20h per week + hybrid working once trained of 2 days pw if desired

Salary: Up to GBP29,000 pro rata + lots of benefits including:
