All the while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and focusing on delivering to a plan.

There is also the opportunity to be involved in developing more complex model changes yourself plus the opportunity to line manage other members of the team.

Don’t worry if you're not already an experienced model coder, we're looking for colleagues with the right attributes and capacity to learn.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify key or unexpected outputs and investigate underlying issues.
  • Excel skills
  • Modelling experience would be desirable but more importantly we’re looking for someone with a desire to learn
  • and loves working within a team, able to collaborate and communicate effectively

  • Be confident and proactive when communicating with others
  • Be curious in nature by asking questions to deepen understanding
  • Have a continuous drive for the improvement of processes
