Service Overview

MSP LAB is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive 2-3 days a week, working reduced hours to deliver the company’s marketing requirements, including:

  • Social Media Strategy
  • Engaging content for various marketing channels
  • Brand ownership and promotion
  • Event Co-ordination and Organisation
  • Webinars
  • Case Studies and other printed and electronic assets
  • Partner and supplier marketing relationships and MDF arrangements
  • Outreach emails, drip and nurture campaigns
  • Newsletters

Required Competencies

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Graphic design capabilities, using Canva or equivalent.
  • Ability to produce accurate copywriting aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Leverage your experience and our portfolio of accomplished industry-leading technologies to develop and deliver marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage an annual marketing calendar.
  • Take the lead on planning and organising MSP LAB’s exhibitions at Industry events.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts resonate with and seek to improve and build MSP LAB’s brand image.
  • Oversee the marketing campaigns and events as set out in the marketing strategy.
  • Increase the visibility of our social media accounts through close management of content, cadence and messaging.
  • Regularly review our website and social media account analytics and identify ways to improve their performance.
  • Develop and maintain nurture and drip email campaigns using our CRM and emailing software.
  • Liaise with strategic suppliers to leverage Marketing Development Funds and to plan joint events and campaigns.

You will work closely with the two principals of the business on a mission to grow the business, supported by a brilliant marketing team-effort.

KPIs

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will be agreed upon and reviewed quarterly.

Personal Attributes and Experience

  • You will have demonstrable experience in marketing, with the ability to develop a strategy and to deliver on all elements of it.
  • You will have commercial awareness and, ideally, have experience with Independent Schools or professional services clients.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding events, campaigns and brand management.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Second-to-none organisational planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with our team.
  • A “self-starter” who can add value to and help mature existing processes.
  • Must have a suitable home working environment.
