We are seeking a personable and efficient Administrator/Receptionist to join a friendly team in a great office environment with free parking. This part-time role offers immediate start and has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide a warm welcome as front of house, meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare refreshments such as tea and coffee for guests.
  • Manage the booking of various meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Sort and distribute post.
  • Carry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and emailing.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for certain departments.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good sense of humour and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
  • Free parking on site.
  • Friendly working environment.
