Our client is an established production company based in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. They are currently looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join their hardworking dedicated team on a part time basis in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a similar role, experience of working within a telesales environment, possess a good telephone manner with strong communication skills and be IT literate.

As a Customer Relations Advisor you will be making daily telephone calls calling the companies existing customers to build good working relationships and increase business. You will undertake various administrative tasks, ensuring databases are kept up to date.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role
  • Experience of working within a telesales environment
  • Possess a good telephone manner
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong administration skills
  • Be IT literate
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Be a strong team player

Your duties as a Customer Relations Advisor will include:

  • Making daily outgoing sales-based phone calls to meet targets set by the Sales Co-ordinator
  • Working towards increasing business and building good working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Keeping record of calls and sales notes using the CRM system
  • Following up sales opportunities and new accounts
  • Updating AX/CRM with necessary details
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure company data systems are kept up to date, including GDPR compliance
  • Understanding the product ranges and be able to discuss these with external customers within company standards
  • Assisting in compiling direct and indirect marketing lists
  • Providing literature and other supporting materials where requested to external customers and Account Managers
  • Directing prospective customers or new business from existing customers to the Sales Co-ordinator or Account Manager when needed
  • Handling complaints, within company standard, to preserve the company s reputation
  • Assisting with other departments when required

Salary and Rewards Package:

  • GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 (pro rata) per annum depending on experience

  • Monday Friday, 9.30am 2.30pm
  • Part Time
  • Permanent
