Summary As the public face of our properties, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Salary: GBP10.78 per hour. We are currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2024. Contract/duration: Fixed term contract until February 2025 Hours/working pattern: Part time hours. The shift pattern is varies and you will be working 2 or 3 days per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays at our busiest time. Interviews: week commencing 11th March What it's like to work here

Dunham Massey is a fantastic place to work, where no two days are the same. You'll be working alongside colleagues in the Welcome Team and reporting to our 2 Welcome Managers at one of the busiest National Trust properties in the country. The role is varied, and your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors and engaging with them to ensure they make the most of their day.

You'll also assist visitors with their individual access needs and build rapport with our regular visitors. Growing support is at the heart of what we do, and you will explore ways in which we can promote and support the National Trust. What you'll be doing Day to day, you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You'll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You'll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.
