We want to hear from you!Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to source a permanent & part time Receptionist to join our valued client in Poole, Dorset.Why should you be interested? Our client is offering:
  • GBP11.26 per hour with a take home salary of GBP14,052.48 PA.
  • part time work, 24 hours per week, over 3 shifts.
  • set days with day flexibility and some weekend working required. Our client is looking for you to work every Friday, the other 2 days are TBC at present, with 1 Saturday working every 5 weeks.
  • working hours of 0800hrs to 1630hrs, includes a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak.
  • a generous company pension where our client will pay the full 8% workplace contribution - in real terms a GBP1,124.20 saving per year.
  • 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata).
  • varied work within a highly supportive environment.
  • a commutable location just outside of Poole (11-minute drive) with free parking.

  • recognises the importance of the role and their responsibility to not only the deceased but also to the families our client is privileged enough to care for.
  • is system savvy. You'll be able to pickup software easily and will have a good grounding in the MS Office package.
  • is an articulate communicator with a great standard of written and spoken English.
  • is well organised and a natural multitasker.
  • believes in being immaculate. Not only will you present yourself in the smartest manner but you will keep your reception and guest facing areas to a pristine standard.
  • has a solid administrative/reception background. Expect to:
    • manage email inboxes & enquiries.
    • greet & orientate guests.
    • process transactions.
    • circulate & process event details.
    • perform telephone triage with excellent telephony.
    • book internments.
