Job Details

Knight Frank Capital Advisory (KFCA) is a separate but wholly owned subsidiary of Knight Frank LLP and is regulated by the FCA. The business raises capital across all sectors for corporate and institutional clients across the full capital stack by means of debt and equity finance. The financial modelling team sits within KFCA and has its own direct client mandates as well as being a key part of the team for debt and equity mandates across KFCA.

Based in our London HQ, KFCA is looking to recruit an Analyst to sit within the Financial Modelling team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least two years of experience within this area.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join the Financial Modelling team within Knight Frank Capital Advisory. You will report to the Head of Financial Modelling and will be contributing to the creation and preparation of financial models and analysis for a range of clients.

  • Assisting with and building bespoke financial models and detailed analysis on both a regular and ad-hoc basis for the purposes of underwriting, raising debt and equity, and for strategic business planning for investors, developers, and public bodies across all sectors.
  • Contribute to the preparation of ongoing periodic and ad-hoc financial models and reporting in relation to internal and external clients used to assess project returns including IRR’s, debt serviceability and other return metrics (including Interest Cover, Debt Cover Ratio, Debt Yield etc).
  • Cleansing, collecting, and monitoring data and assumptions used to prepare financial models and analysis.
  • Ensuring consistency of processes and that consistent data sources are being used across all the models and analysis being prepared.
  • Assisting in the continuous development of first-class financial modelling.
  • Use analytical tools to prepare Dashboards and Data Visualisations to present outputs to client.

Candidate Profile

An individual with an analytical nature and excellent attention to detail. Given the nature of the role at times you will need to work to tight deadlines and therefore manage competing priorities accordingly. As the work carried out by the Financial Modelling team continues to grow, you will be given the opportunity to develop and progress in the role to ensure that the team continues to offer the level of service required by clients and the business.

Must have a good understanding of, and experience in, the real estate industry and financial modelling, with two years’ experience as a minimum.
