Job title: Administrator - Engineering

Location: Glasgow; We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Up to £27,710 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting other Administrators within the Programme
  • Liaising with the end customer, visitors, and staff including visitor reception, arranging meetings, and booking travel etc.
  • Co-ordinating events
  • Organising senior meetings and reporting the calendar
  • Ensuring Senior Managers diaries are maintained
  • Updating the SDE/SharePoint pages and Windchill
  • Managing Senior Management and Engineering timesheets and expenses
  • Co-ordinating visitor passes
  • Organising documents as required
  • Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

  • Experience in undertaking administrative duties and supporting customer events
  • Desirable:

  • Prior experience working with Senior Management teams

    The Wholeship Engineering team:

    As an Engineering Administrator you will report to the Canadian Surface Combatant Head of Wholeship Engineering. The primary purpose of your role is to support and enable the engineering teams from an administration perspective. This role requires a high level of proactive thinking against the role terms of reference - project the support needs from the teams.
