About the Role 

Are you a Chef looking to enter the training world? Do you thrive watching your team progress and want be a part of a multimillion pound food concept?

We have the opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Chef Trainer to join our food and beverage team for a 12 month FTC.

This is a hybrid role travelling nationally and at some points internationally. Frequent travel to our half a million pound brand new premium training kitchen in Heston will be needed with occasional weekend work required.

Our restaurants are hub of the club where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. You will be involved in the development and implementation of our delicious fresh seasonal menu as well as championing our “grow your own” talent model in house.

We take pride in the service we offer our members so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the training and develop our internal teams to ensure they bring their A-game to work each and every day in order to deliver an exception experience to our members.

 What are we looking for? 

A self-motivated Chef who will take pride in delivering great quality food to our members and is happy to work with the food and beverage team and regional managers to ensure a safe and premium experience across David Lloyd Clubs nationally. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to promote our training and development tools we have available to help our teams flourish. 

Food safety, food handling and management of allergens will be a key part of the role therefore our next Chef Trainer must be level 3 food safety and allergen trained alongside having a good knowledge of back of house operating systems, excel and word due to reporting purposes.
