About this opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruitment Product Owner to join our People Platform at Lloyds Banking Group; a team that combines the best of customer-centricity, product obsession and agile delivery across our People Technology landscape.

From how you experience Lloyds as a candidate, to how you thrive through moments of learning, engagement and recognition with the business, our People Platform is focused on enhancing experiences across the end-to-end colleague lifecycle through the use of technology.

This Product Owner opportunity will focus on the specialist (experienced hire) talent space, developing a deep understanding of our talent ambition and technology landscape, to form and deliver a prioritised backlog in partnership with their Feature Team and the capability centre of expertise. With the scale of our ambition in the talent space, the role will need to harness insights and innovation to support a truly differentiated experience.

About us

  • A passion for working with people - you will be working with colleagues from different areas across the business and several external partners, as well as engaging and leading a multi-discipline Feature Team.
  • Experience of working within an agile environment; you’ve defined and delivered key outcomes with a lens of customer and value obsession, prioritising within your team’s capacity. You have previously applied agile methodologies to optimise innovation development and delivery.
  • Experience building a high performing team environment. You'll inspire focus and delivery, whilst encouraging and developing confidence and trust.
  • An ability to articulate business value through the work that you deliver.

And any experience of these would be useful:

  • HR technology transformation utilising modern data and technology solutions e.g. Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft.
  • You’re up to date with the latest talent thinking, technology and trends.
  • Experience of using agile tooling e.g. JIRA & Confluence, and experience of leading & working as part of an agile team within HR technology / process landscape.
  • Design Thinking experience.
  • Multi-sector experience.
