Exciting Opportunity: Sales Administrator (Part-Time) 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, ensuring alignment with sales order requirements and invoicing vehicles for handover.
  • Manage delivery administration, including registration, invoicing, and adherence to brand requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team and accounts to incorporate all costs into vehicle records.
  • Maintain digital stock records for vehicles within dealer management and manufacturer systems.
  • Ensure timely funding of vehicles and liaise with the workshop to prepare them for handover.

  • Good judgment and the ability to make timely decisions.
  • Proactive approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Personable and courteous with a professional appearance.
  • Computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or the motor trade preferred.
  • Extremely organised, detail-oriented, and customer satisfaction-driven.
