We’re now looking for apprentices to join our fast paced and ever-evolving business!

Your Purpose

You will apply your passion, dedication, and talent to help our business grow and be to be first choice for our people, our customers and our consumers. In return we’ll develop and invest in your skills and experience and give you the best start on your career journey.

So, what does that mean for you?

We are looking to recruit Engineering Apprentices to work in one of our breweries across the UK, working initially with a provider for 1 year where you will be given the skills required to work in a manufacturing background before going to your home brewery.

The Engineering Apprenticeship programme is designed to shape the engineering technicians and engineers of the future. Engineering apprentices play a hugely important role at Molson Coors, solving challenges that arise from some of the most advanced packaging and brewing equipment in the industry. As an engineering apprentice, you'll be required to maintain complex equipment and ensure that high standards are adhered to for safety, manufacturing quality and documentation.

You’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from our in-house specialists, rotating around departments in your home brewery giving great exposure and diversification in learning. As well as being assigned a mentor who will be there to offer support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship will combine on-the-job training alongside an academic programme of learning towards nationally recognised qualifications.

In the first year, you’ll spend most of your time at college, studying theory elements of the apprenticeship and gaining some practical hands-on experience. In subsequent years, you’ll continue one day a week at college while learning new skills as part of an engineering team on site.

In addition to the valuable working experience you'll study towards professional qualifications, including a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Engineering and potentially a HNC Level 4 in Engineering.

About You

If your passionate about developing your skills, our brands and our business then we would love to hear from you. Your background doesn’t matter, it’s all about you as an individual and what your strengths and passions are. We want you to learn from you!

Adaptable – you’re flexible to meet new challenges at pace.

  • Collaborative – We work together, celebrate together and we win together. The greatest achievements are built by teams!
  • Curious – You’ll look for ways to do things differently and always keep learning.
  • Passionate - we’re all passionate ambassadors of our brands and our business.
  • Proactive – We’re innovators; unafraid to be direct and we act calmly and quickly.

You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science (Maths at grade 6-9).

Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC.  Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in engineering.

You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don't let that stop you from applying. We all need to learn and develop and here at Molson Coors we can help you do this.
